StellaTickets.com (the "web site") is an online service. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the web site. By using the StellaTickets online site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you choose not to be bound by the terms and conditions, StellaTickets does not grant you the right to use the web site. StellaTickets may vary these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any variations become effective at posting.
By making a purchase through this web site after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchased through our web site are allowed unless permitted by the venue/promoter of the event. If a refund is allowed, StellaTickets may retain any service or like fee that was charged.
All programs, artist's line-up are subject to change without notice. A change of artist/band does not constitute cancellation of the performance.
Opening acts are not a condition of sale.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or were not purchased from StellaTickets or an authorized outlet/venue.
Tickets Being Mailed Information:
Tickets being mailed will be posted via Royal Mail and should arrive well in advance of the event you have ordered.
Why Does UK Postage Sometimes Cost £4 Instead of 95p?
High value tickets and standing tickets are normally sent by Registered Post (charged at £4). This is to insure that the tickets get to you safely as they cannot be replaced if lost. Seated tickets can be replaced as they have a record of your seat number so these tickets can be reissued. Please allow adequate time for delivery of your order. There may be some events that will not have mail available (in this case, you will not get the mail delivery option on the ticket-ordering page) and tickets will be only available for pickup at venue.
Pickup at venue:
Tickets can be picked up at the Venue starting one hour prior to the door time. You MUST present the actual credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets, and/or picture I.D. to receive the tickets. Orders processed over the telephone or on www.StellaTickets.com are also subject to a non-refundable per order handling charge. Before making a purchase, please carefully review your event and seat selection. Please note that you are purchasing and not reserving tickets with your credit/debit card. Policies set forth by our clients do not allow StellaTickets to replace tickets if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. For information about a purchase you've made, please call StellaTickets.
Rescheduled Events:
If a show has been rescheduled then your ticket will be valid, use them when the new date comes around. If you have any further questions about your ticket in the event call our helpline number on 08707 602 603. Every concert promoter has differently policies as what is to be done with the tickets and we advise you to contact customer services/Security Information.
We believe that buying online should be as safe, secure and worry free as possible, so we use a series of Internet security technologies to assure that your transactions are safe and your payment card and anonymity are protected.
This Web site is secured by a SSL certificate. VeriSign is a recognised standard in establishing a secure environment between your web browser and our web site. Any site that holds a VeriSign certificate insures that you are using a secure system for your transactions.
Security is also built into your browser, which is configured to manage a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. This is assuming that you are running a relatively current version of Netscape Navigator / Communicator (v. 2.0 or newer), Microsoft Internet Explorer (v. 2.0 or newer), America Online (v. 3.0 or newer) or other name-brand browser software. Information sent from addresses that begin with https is encrypted before transmission.
We have stringent checks in place to make sure that the transactions we process are not fraudulent. In addition to checks that look for patterns in credit/debit card use which may be erroneous, we also implement the following additional security procedures on all transactions.
AVS
AVS (or Address Verification System) adds an extra level of security to a transaction. The billing address that you enter is checked against the address that the bank holds for that card. The bank will indicate whether there is a match between the entered address and the card address. If the address you enter does not match the address at which the card is registered the transaction may be deemed invalid.
CVV
All credit and debit cards carry a security code number (CV2 or Card Verification Value). This number is known to the bank and printed on the card, but is not stored or printed anywhere else. Therefore, it can be used as a check that when you make your purchase you are in physical possession of the card, or have at least seen the card at some time. On most cards, the security code number is the last three digits of the number printed on the back, at the top right of the signature strip. On American Express Cards the CV2 number is the four digit number situated on the front of the card above right of the card number. You will be required to enter this additional security number before your transaction can be completed.
Ticket Terms & Conditions
- This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser and promoter. Full details are available on request.
- Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the event organiser. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
- Transactions will appear on your card statement as `StellaTickets'.
- The cardholder will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser or promoter. The management may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
- We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. StellaTickets reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
- Tickets are sold subject to the management's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue Management, StellaTickets or one of their authorized sub-agents, it may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the venue.
- The venue may operate a No Smoking policy.
- The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron's own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue).
- The Promoter, venue Management and StellaTickets accept no responsibility for any personal property.
- Patrons should be advised that official merchandise is usually only available inside the venue.
- The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the Management reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
- There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind.
- Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
- All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
- The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
- Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to eject you from the venue.
- Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.
